Planning our Philadelphia regional meet-up Summer 2015

First up is to pick a weekend so people can plan around it.  We have pretty much decided on Philadelphia or somewhere near there since it is a pretty good area for many members to meet.  

 

How about July 10-12th?  That weekend (weekend after 4th of July)

That specific weekend gets the vote from me.  It's the single weekend before ,I'd-August that I'd stand a decent chance of making.

Hey, if we have the event in or near Philadelphia, a few people can stay with tasty and me. We have one extra room and two  inflatable mattresses...
