Nvidia 332.21 driver terrible game performance

So looks like at least a lot of my recent problems are attributed over the past week were being caused by the 332.21 NVidia driver. This was causing lots of bad side effects with the game such as poor loading screens. Mobs/Player characters not being rendered on the screen for a while or suddenly stopping being rendered in my field of view even though they hadn't moved. Poor load screens problems with legacy screen and cargo hold. The item images not appearing properly. All sorts of annoyances.

So anyway I'm now using the beta driver 334.67 which seems a big improvement even if I can't confirm yet if all my problems have gone.

You know what, I've had that problem for ever since I got my 780 back in November and was using a similar driver this entire time. Although the first one I think my card had installed was 331.7 or something like that. Is it just specific to this driver, or all recent ones (the last two-three months or so) Aestel?

Can't really say like soul I only updated my drivers when I have specific problems and the only reason for this update was that I'd gone through a re-install of windows 8.1 as the beta copy expired around the middle of the month.

heh. I'm really bad with updating drivers. I haven't updated the laptop since I got it which is a little over a year ago now... oops.

now I'm not sure if I should or not. wha -.-

AMD's Catalyst drivers been rock solid since as long as I can remember
