re: USB-out problem

soooo... I've been ordering weird stuff on the internet again, and now I have a slight problem that makes me feel pretty stupid.
basically, what I got is an USB-drive that I can't actually plug in because it's 'inside' the drive. I can see it, but can't get it out (and I definitely don't feel like taking the drive apart since the case is the reason why I bought it to begin with....)
so... is there any way to help me with this? are there any easy fixes? like maybe cables that are produced for this? is there a way for my usb-port to 'stand out' so I can just plug this stupid usb-drive in? I'm about to go crazy -.-

I mean the exact USB drive it is lol, googling to see if it's a common issue can do wonders sometimes, even if you have to go back quite a few pages.
Unless I'm blind I don't see it O.o

One of the big new shiny things in USB Drives is a clever and impossible to figure out mechanic to extend the male port so it can be plugged in. A picture would help :D.

Yea, I have a few of those which is why I asked for a pic. Tiny little buttons/sliders that most people don't even see.
I have no idea why they design them this way, were people busting them off somehow?
