so....
as some of you know, I've been kinda dragged into the zombie-hunting-business the last couple of days. apparently they haven't hired enough people yet, though, so I have a 24 hours 'buddy key' now.
if either of you wants to try out The Secret World, just tell me.

Wasn't that the game that had a monthly fees PLUS a 'cash shop' like the F2P games?
The game looks awesome, but that "new" business model they picked..

yeah the business model is keeping me from playing it 'seriously' and I don't know yet if I will actually get a subscription, but it's a nice change from always playing the same game and since every other game right now is pretty 'meh'... lol

the offer's up in 2 days so if none of you want an invite I'll give it away on one of these multi-gaming websites. I'd rather not, though :P

I would like it then if you still have it.
Might as well to try the new mouse and take a small break from the TOR-Syndrome.

I was looking at the game's website to see what it looked like, and I doubt I meet the minimum processor requirements for it.. Is the gameplay actually as good as the previews make it seem?

mhhh. hard to say. I mean the game setting and all that is pretty cool. obviously not a whole lot of replayablitly since after doing them once you know how the investigation quests work, but since every character can do everything there's no need to really. (I did do quests a few times to level up a different starter weapon though)
the combat system is a little 'wonky', but you get used to it. I kinda like the 'friend' and 'foe' targetting at the same time, but it's a little weird aswell.

lol. I'm not convinced. you'd probably reroll because you don't like your character's looks :P
