StarCraft 2, anyone?

I was just curious if there are any StarCraft 2 players in Pax. Maybe we could get some games going at some point!

Before SWTOR started, SC2 was one of our bigger games that we played to pass the time. Closer to launch, i wasn't as active, but I always remember having good times with everyone.

Uh, I dont remember my character code, just used my email. Probably not in a very high league, and I always play terran. Woo-hoo. I think we might see more people playing after the new expansion hits.

Nah I jest, I used to play casually a long time ago, I'll be terrible. I was terrible back then too, bottom of Silver. My love has always been Protoss. I could be up for a game here and there, just so your warned, I'm probably still terrible. Real ID email is mkscho63@gmail.com.

I've been a big fan of the pro scene and ended up watching more than I played. I ended up straying away entirely during the SWTOR launch, but I always had a problem since I didn't have friends who were as interested in the game as I was.

Glad to hear there are some players around. If there's interest, I could try and set up a 1v1 obs night and we could all just have fun and chat and learn and kill each other. Woo!

Sounds like a plan to me . I'm down for anything, it'd be fun. If nothing else, a tower d night would be fun :P. I haven't played much at all since ToR release but I ladder from time to time still and probably will more since I'm 50 now.

We can definitely get some tower d going. =) And maybe some 4v4s to round out the silliness!

Haha, I hear that. This is my usual cycle:

1. Decide that I can't jump back in until I do a little research on the current metagame.
2. Hit the TL forums.
3. Stumble across some weird opening that makes me think "wtf that would never work" or "interesting, that'd totally help me out when X opens Y."
4. Jump into an AI game and practice it a few times.
5. Get completely distracted trying to optimize it and forget what I was trying to do in the first place.
6. Oh crap it's late and I have work in the morning, I'd better get to sleep.
7. Repeat it all the next time I think "hey, I should play some SC."

1. Watch MLG
2. Watch streams
3. Watch GSL
4. Forgot to update game 3 patches ago.
6. Browse TL and reddit.com/r/starcraft
5. Login but never play and go back to watching streams.

Hehe that sounds all too familiar. Have you ever been to an MLG event? My friend and I made the trip up to Providence. It was a crazy experience, and a really fun weekend.
