Thanks for the welcome and i apology bout skipping the first phase (didn't knew about it xd)
So i know that my answers are really vague but that's because i had a health problem that happened a few yrs ago and affected some important cognitive areas(like speaking ability) in my brain.
So straight to the point

The other questions & specifications :>

I believe that you have enormous patience, but I would like to know how are you doing when something/someone will stress you out Happy

Well, when something/someone stress me out happy... i just say argh(in my mind) and don't say a thing what does that mean?
I swallow the ''anger/bad feeling''(in the case of getting mad) and later i kinda transform that ''energy'' into positive way for my exercise routine
(but its really difficult to make me go angry)

Also what you do when asked for help/advice/whatever from new player?
Well i do my best in helping the newcomer like giving him a trip round, explain things that he asks, introducing to other players, make him feel comfortable (like in a five stars hotel)

If he/she keeps bugging, i still wont loose it, like words from anyone that i don't know (in person) would make me feel something (ill just ignore him/her)and if he/she gets rude I'll report

What are your strengths and weaknesses?:

Strengths
-Patience
-Very friendly
-Intelligence(far away from arrogance)
-Easy and calm
-Always in the mood to help
-Dedicated
-Loyal even in dark times
-Impartial
-A hardworking person
-I'm very noble(that's the worst strength/weakness)
-Im a very respectful person (excellent manners)
-Not even a little egoist

Weaknesses
-Very friendly
-Intelligence(far away from arrogance)but sometimes ppl marks me as arrogant
-Easy and calm(sometimes people gets rly angry with that xd)
-Always in the mood to help(even if that means sacrificing my own time)
-Naive
-I'm very noble
-I got frustrated when im close to achieve something or when i cannot achieve something
-Sometimes i trust blindly in people
-I make very quick bonds
-Sometimes i got obsessed with perfection
-Sometimes i forgot about things

A little note:Sometimes(most of the time) i sacrifice my own well-being for the others and that's what turns my strengths into weaknesses
And i like that because i love altruistic actions
But in the other side im damaging myself
That's why almost everything about me its a double shape blade
(but im glad that i don't hurt/damage other people in that case everything would be meaningless, but its just me xd)

Welcome to your trial process for Pax Republica! During this trial you will have 7 days, starting 4/8/2011 and ending 4/15/2011, to complete seven tasks as part of Trial Phase 1. Trial Phase 2 will consist of another 7 days in which, if you haven't done so already, you must complete the eighth and ninth task and take the time to see how well you fit into our community. Voting will take place toward the middle of Phase 2.
