And as Trial Director Cyn promised, here I am! She's already said everything I'd have said, so here's the answer to your question regarding our name.

The basic purpose of calling a PVP guild Pax Republica came from the original guild experience I had prior to making Pax over a year ago. Most guilds I've seen and been in were nothing but drama fests, leaders and members alike with over inflated egos and arrogant personalities. Everyone wanted power, but no one was capable of leading, and that created a hostile and poisonous environment for everyone.

When I founded Pax Republica, I wanted a palce where we could just relax, and have fun without the Drama of other guilds, and most of the online community, and that is why it was named Pax Republica, or Republic Peace. Also, because we are a PVP guild doesn't mean that we can't be working towards peace - besides, the Republic isn't the aggressor here, we're fighting to bring peace back. Hope the helps!

Cynette: yes I do own a small boat and have two other family boats, and I use primarily photoshop cs5. I deal with stress by reading usually. Odd I know haha. Are there specific answers I need to extend or just the whole application?

Nice app! You're very well spoken for your age, which is a big plus for me (not that I discriminate by age), and I like that you're not afraid to ask questions of us in return. I wish you luck, and hope this guild is what you're looking for. It's a pretty great place.

No this is fine haha, conversation helps, and is better a better way of getting to know you than through an application in my opinion

You're so lucky to have boats of your own, I know I would love it if my family had a boat lol

Photoshop cs5? Awh again lucky, I only have cs3...
I've been using it for years @_@ but it gets the job done.. :P

Welcome to your trial process for Pax Republica! Let’s get started.
During this trial you will have 7 days, starting on 4/5/2011 and ending on 4/11/2011, to complete seven tasks as part of Trial Phase 1.
Trial Phase 2 will consist of another 7 days in which, if you haven't done so already, you must complete the eighth and ninth task and take the time to see how well you fit into our community. Voting will take place toward the middle of Phase 2.
As you undergo these tasks, you will not only complete the steps necessary to become a fully functioning member of Pax, you'll also learn if Pax is the guild you actually want to join.
At the end of this trial your application will be re-evaluated for the final decision. Do not hesitate to send me a private message, email, or MSN message with any questions or concerns. Here are your tasks:

Phase 1:
1. You must make 15 posts in our forums.

3. You must make an introductory thread in your specified class forum provided below:
