What motivates you to contribute and to strive for achievement?:
What motivates me is striving to be the best of the best. I am not a fan of being known as being part of just another average guild. I want to be apart of a guild that is considered to only have the best of the best in both PvP and PvE in there ranks. Being the best takes dedication which I got and it takes experience which I have being an officer in a large PvP guild called "Pwnstarz" on the realm Skullcrusher in WOW and being competitive in that game with Lich King killed and having over 100k kills on my character and a 2300 rating in arena to go with it. The feeling of getting that certain rank or downing that certain boss is what motivates me to keep logging on and giving it my all.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?:
I would say my strength are definitely my ability to PvP. It is my passion because I feel that it is so much to fight against another living person than just a Npc that is scripted to do the same things every time you fight them. I also have been an officer in a large PvP guild so I know how to form groups that will be successful and how to organize fun events for people to join in on. However my weakness would be that I only like to play dps classes so my ability to switch roles is limited.
What interests and activities do you enjoy spending your time on?:
PvP primarily and in SW:TOR it will be no different. I love doing PvE too but I would always have to put PvP over PvE in what I enojoy more because it is so diverse and even though you might be fighting on the same map you are at least fighting different people.

How did you hear about Pax Republica?:
From a friend Blake that mentioned you as we are both looking for a great PvP and PvE guild for Swtor.
Do you have a tendency to cuss a lot? :
No not really, especially not in a group setting but I say a few choice words if I am around people that I know wont be offended.
How do you deal with stress and new players?:
Stress? This is what i play video games for. New players I have no problem with as long as they know there place and don't try to act like they are the best thing than slice bread than I would be more than happy to help them if needed and answer there questions.
What are your expectations of the members and leadership of Pax Republica?:
I expect the leaders to lead and not the rank to be no more than hey I am friends with the guild leader. I want them to be active in organizing events for both PvE and PvP, and I expect members to treat each other respect and instead of flaming someone that might have done something wrong to instead try to fix it in a more reasonable manner rather than just name calling.
What do you believe you can contribute to Pax Republica's community?:
I think I can attribute a lot to your PvP part of your guild possibly even striving to being a leader in that aspect. I also try to learn everything about PvE encounters before we get to the boss so there is less time explaining and a lot more attempts on the boss( less the better though =P) I always look at forums to learn the best way to spec/gear and how to go about being the best DPS I can be.
What was it about Pax Republica that encouraged you to sign up with us, rather than with another guild?:
I am looking for a guild for SW:TOR that is established before the game goes lives, but doesn't care about the number of people they have in there guild rather than the quality of that person. I feel Pax Rebublica falls right in that sweet spot of being established but not just open to the average joe.
A non-guild member approaches you in game and begins talking smack to you. How do you react?::

You're in Ventrilo playing with other members but one member is being annoying, making silly noises and being obnoxious...what do you do? :
First ask them to stop and if they continue i will just mute them and than once I can I would speak to an officer about it. No need to blow up on him because the mute button is your friend =P

Nope hopefully this will be my first and hopefully I will be in this guild all throughout my SW:TOR playing experience.

Nope I am no fan of trolling although I might have been kicked from my wow guild but i couldn't tell you because I quit and am waiting for SW:TOR

I bring skill to the table but leave elitism at the door. I want to benefit the guild as much as possible but degrading someone never gets the job done. We all where noobs at one time and I had to learn by myself how to do things but someone telling me things to do would of made it so much easier so that is what i want to bring to the guild.
And lastly, are there any questions about the guild you would like answered?:
What % based are you in respect to PvP and PvE. Do you lean more to one side or the other or is it pretty even? Thank you.

I understand completely about the %. I was just hoping PvP was really the main focus =D. Hopefully I will soon be thrusting lightsabers into Sith as you lay down heavy fire =D.

Hello! Please accept our apologies for the delay in getting your application processed and accepted. Your application was great and has been well received by our members... Things have just been a little hectic as we smacked into the 100 member cap and had to make a few changes and hard decisions.

Welcome to your trial process for Pax Republica! During this trial you will have 7 days, starting 3/15/2011 and ending 3/22/2011, to complete seven tasks as part of Trial Phase 1. Trial Phase 2 will consist of another 7 days in which, if you haven't done so already, you must complete the eighth and ninth task and take the time to see how well you fit into our community. Voting will take place toward the middle of Phase 2.
As you undergo these tasks, you will not only complete the steps necessary to become a fully functioning member of Pax, you'll also learn if Pax is the guild you actually want to join.
At the end of this trial your application will be re-evaluated for the final decision. Do not hesitate to send me a private message, email, or MSN message with any questions or concerns. Here are your tasks:
Phase 1
1. You must make 15 posts in our forums (note: please keep your posts meaningful). Done

Just to make you guys aware if you didn't know I have been on Vent many times talking to RaDDOS/Remmex in the early hour mornings when most of you are asleep ^^. Luckily his timezone permits him to be on so he got stuck with me =P.
