What motivates you to contribute and to strive for achievement?:
It's all for that for that great feeling that you have after you achieve something you've been striving for a long time. Being proud of yourself and of your mates is pretty much the greatest part of it.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?:
I'm a person that keeps on working until I achieve my goals and I'm a great teamworker. I also have alot of leadership in real life, less in video games I think since I'm not with anyone physicly and I think that affects it. Also, I'm a great listener and I think of myself as a good friend.
On the counterpart, sometimes I can be a dickhead when something is not working right. Example : I will be a ''dickhead'' to people aren't bringing their A game to raid and such, though this proves to work in some cases since it puts people back in their place and makes them think of what's at stake and what not and will hopefully make them correct their attitude. Of course, I'm polite when I do that and don't start flameing them but I try to use those right words that make you think on what you did.
What interests and activities do you enjoy spending your time on?:
I'm a paintballer, at least I try to be. It's a sport that costs a truckload of money but I think its worth it. I also love to spend time with friends, just chilling, playing videogames, sports sometimes, whatever. I'm a very versatile person.
Of course, I spend ALOT of my time on video games. Too much I must agree, but hey, if I like it and got nothing really better to do, why not?

How did you hear about Pax Republica?:

Do you have a tendency to cuss a lot? :
I try to moderate myself, but less than before that's sure
How do you deal with stress and new players?:
With stress I learned to just isolate myself and relax. With newcomers, I appreciate helping them and answering all their questions, though I don't like it when they assume that you're there to babysit them and do everything for them like give them gear, run them and such.
What are your expectations of the members and leadership of Pax Republica?:
As I have always seen it, a big family. I expect everyone to help eachother out and have a lot of fun! We're all here for that and I don't think that there is place for anything else.
You guys have always been great to me, and I greatly appreciate.
What do you believe you can contribute to Pax Republica's community?:
A member that can help out anyone, be a good sport and just make the game more fun. I would also like to put my leadership capacities to the test and maybe lead groups later on in SWTOR.
What was it about Pax Republica that encouraged you to sign up with us, rather than with another guild?:
I've known you all for months and no other guild has been as fun and hearty as you guys.
A non-guild member approaches you in game and begins talking smack to you. How do you react?::
Depending on my humor I guess. I might give him a comeback and shut him up (calmly of course) or just ignore him if the game permits it.
You're in Ventrilo playing with other members but one member is being annoying, making silly noises and being obnoxious...what do you do? :
I ask him to stop, and if he dosen't I contact an officer or a sub-officer to deal with the problem. I've learned that trying to solve problems yourself don't always work out as expected.

Trial Phase 2: Complete
Voting Phase: Complete
Welcome to your trial process for Pax Republica! During this trial you will have 7 days, starting 2/22/2011 and ending 3/1/2011, to complete five tasks as part of Trial Phase 1. Trial Phase 2 will consist of another 7 days in which, if you haven't done so already, you must complete the sixth and seventh task and take the time to see how well you fit into our community. Voting will take place toward the middle of Phase 2.
As you undergo these tasks, you will not only complete the steps necessary to become a fully functioning member of Pax, you'll also learn if Pax is the guild you actually want to join.
At the end of this trial your application will be re-evaluated for the final decision. Do not hesitate to send me a private message, email, or MSN message with any questions or concerns. Here are your tasks:
Phase 1
1. You must make 15 posts in our forums (note: please keep your posts meaningful). Done
2. You must update your profile here at Pax with an Avatar. Done

Plesae read:
You were once kicked from the guild, therefore you will be on the same watch as Ares was. You will be on 2.9 strikes, if you receive a single strike then you will be kicked from the guild. Each strike lasts up to 3 months. Keep in mind that these strikes will remain even after you finish your trial.
Also, we expect you to do outstanding on your trial. You can't just barely pass with 27 posts on the last day or anything like that.
