Okay Shuyachen, I have entered your application into the voting stage. You need at least 5 'yes' votes for approval. Every 'No' vote must be offset by 3 yes votes. The 'I don't know him' votes don't count as Yes or No. All voting is anonymous. Feel free to campaign for yourself (Or sweet talks someone into being your campaign manager hehe)over the next 3 days.
