So I've been pretty busy lately. Part of that was because I was restoring some tractors I acquired over the summer.

I was dumb though and didn't take any before pictures for comparison so I'll find some online that looks close enough.

This is about what the Super A looked like when I got it. It had been sitting out in the elements for about 25 years and hadn't run since the 70's.

And this is what is looks/runs like now.

It's a 1950 Super A

I had someone do all the sandblasting and painting cause I don't have pressurized sand and everything I paint gets streaks. But I did everything else.

 

I didn't pretty up the Speedex, just got it running. It had been sitting in the back of a collapsing building for almost 30 years. It has the same gearbox that the original Model T had, and my best guess is that it was made in 1937-38.
