I'm leveling my current character but I may end up switching to nightblade to get a taste of stealthy stabstab or templar for a taste of dmg and heals.

ugh. my internetconnection has been reaaaaally bad the last couple of days. I've started downloading right about when I made my last post and I'm only at 14% now -.-

 

(wanted to play SWTOR about an hour ago but didn't make it past the character selection :/)

I'm Ebonheart, Right now I have a level 11 DPS Nightblade named Shadow Assassin and a level 5 Healing Templar named Shadow Guard. I hate leveling up 2 toons at the start, but I can't decide which one I like more.

 

We should start a Pax Guild in-game, since you can belong to 5 guilds at once.

mh. how many characters can you have on one server? my game has finally finished downloading. (cheated and used up my bandwidth from my old internet stick. lol) and kind of want to make a char for all 3 factions :P

I am not sure what the limitations are, but I know you can at least have 1 char per faction.  I have only 3 characters and all are on Daggerfall.  They are considered the underdogs, numbers wise.  Severity Gaming is on Daggerfall, saw them pop up.

alright so I've created 2 chars now.  an Ebonheart Pact Wood Elf Nightblade called Satiata and a Daggerfall Covenant Dark Elf Sorcerer called Ava Adore :)

no, montly sub. I honestly do expect it to change to a hybrid model (or buy to play) eventually, though, since the developers haven't even ruled it out. (and I personally don't mind hybrid models anyway, independly of my liking of a game)

So it's like most games, where I'd have to drop like $60 and then pay a sub?  Yeah I can't afford that right now, no time or money... have fun guys! lol

You can have 8 characters per server, and there's 2 servers, but you can have as many on whatever faction as you'd like. Almost all of the good Daggerfall PvP guilds went to the Dawnbreaker PvP campaign. So you might want to try that, but I think the faction imbalance will be crazy. I don't know why they did that, it will make it less fun for the other 2 factions and all the serious PvPers wont enjoy the lack of  challenge.

I bought the game to play with my brother (same reason I initially got into SWTOR) but it's definitely shoing it's limitations already. I see it going F2P about at about the same pace that SWTOR did.
