re: New Build

I'm looking at doing a new build and I want to use a microATX board and case. Most parts I'll scavenge from my current rig so I'm looking at case, mobo, cpu, and RAM. I don't do any OC or anything like that. What I'm leaning towards is
$220 - Intel I5-3570
$95 - MSI Mobo Z77MA-G45 (2x PCI-Express 3.0 x16 Slots (one runs at x8), 2x PCI-Express 2.0 x1 Slots, USB 3.0, SATA III)
$40 - Cheapest case I could find with USB 3.0
For RAM is their a big difference between 1600Mhz, 1333Mhz? I can get Kingston Blu 1600 $36/4GB or Crucial Ballistix 1333 for $54/8GB
I have a Radeon 6670 graphics card and a 500W PSU from the old system I can use as well as my DVD drives, nic card, Soundcard, etc.
Right now ToR is the most intensive game I play on PC. I have been getting into steam and will probably move from xbox to pc going forward. Right now I play FF7, Sim City 4, Bioshock 1&2, and Civilization 5. Will this setup keep me going for a year or two until I can upgrade some more?

I don't think there is a big difference between the 1600Mhz and 1333Mhz.

I think that should keep you going for awhile.
