Nvidia has two beta drivers currently out, both address problems with bf3 (green flash etc), but the most recent also addresses a few problems with skyrim. These links are for win 7 64bit, if you have a different OS you will need to research for your particular OS.

290.36 fixes several problems with skyrim & bf3. Still in early beta stages.
