Title Suggestions! [Pax, et Aeternum] Tentative

The Story needs a title, obviously. Since we're going all out and making a masterpiece here, let's come up with something better than "The Pax Backstory", etc.

Everyone please post your suggestions here. Check out some other Star Wars book titles if you need ideas. I think the truer we stay to Canon, and Star Wars tradition, the more we'll wow the audience with the final product. Every little detail counts, right down to the title.

Titles are usually dramatic - "Showdown at Centerpoint", "Fatal Alliance", etc. Usually an imposing adjective or a word of conflict present. Since this is a new beginning maybe something involving "Genesis", like I suggested in the other thread. There are lots of good words for new beginnings, or metaphors, like the Dawn.

Usually what I do is go through the Wookiepedia but I also go through the episode titles of Sci-Fi TV series. Ill have some ideas later, Genesis should up for discussion later on though.

I looked at forum... And I said something simply "Peacekeepers"...
It's our members title, so this is good put it into story.

Or maybe longer and proud "We are peacekeepers!"
And we must just end story with that phrase.

I like what CMDR suggested about referring to peace, since our member rank is a peace keeper.

I liked Cluster's idea of keeping a latin theme. Latin just sounds so...enigmatic and dramatic.

What about "Pax, In Aeternum", meaning Peace In Eternity, and also having the double meaning of sort of saying Pax (as in us) will last forever.

I also see a few other good titles in there if we don't like that, and we have plenty of time to brainstorm more.

I like CMDR's references to peace, Shawn and Astral's references to the unlikely, and if we can fit genesis in there without overloading the title, I think we would have a concrete title.

This is by far my favorite so far. I like the double meaning, as well as the Latin. Add in the inclusion of our member rank and I'm very happy with it. Looking forward to more title ideas but so far this has my love and first born child.

Just noticed our leader's blessing of this thread...I'm updating the title of this thread, at least for now. If any other great ideas emerge we can certainly update it, just a tentative answer.

I like Pax, In Aeternum too, though I would recommend a slight tweak and change it to Pax et Aeternum, which means peace for eternity, and in my opinion sounds more Latin-y.

That's fine by me, if everyone else likes it. I'll admit, I don't know anything about latin grammar, I just use it to recognize root words.
