I don't think we'll have that problem. There is a reasonable amount of customisation, even four different body types. Then when you enter the city of your starting zone, because you are sorted by class, you may see plenty of your class, but people should look quite different. Then when you get to larger towns, there will be people with plenty of different kinds of armour.
