Hmm...I wonder if you all will make it to my server or not : ) I hope so, but they have so many different tests and builds going on it's hard to say. I'll keep my fingers crossed I can noob around with some of you in the noob areas : )

Wow I can't believe how many people got in this weekend! I think it's safe to say almost everyone will have gotten a chance to test the game before release, I mean, if they keep up those invites for the weekends to come.

As for what servers we will play on, I read that they are creating servers specifically for 11/13 beta weekend, so I guess we'll see!

I plan on playing an imperial agent; I want the smuggler story to be brand new when I finally get there.

We'll have something up soon-ish to help people get together. I know some of us are playing imperial, others republic for the beta - we'll also probably do a few slight modifications to vent for the weekend to allow for private questing rooms, etc .

As part of the agreement to doing beta it specifically says not to use 3rd party VoIP, does it matter what vent looks like in that regard then?

Technically you aren't supposed to use Vent while in Beta...not quite sure how they'd be enforcing that without some spyware though. It hasn't given me problems when I've done it.
