Wow. That guy sure is lucky.

And no it wouldn't have pulled him under the tracks. That's because air isn't dense enough. However if the train was much wider and faster, then yes, he would have either been blown away by the air pressure (blown away as in several meters in height and distance) or pulled under the wheels of the train. Depends on where he would have been standing.
