So this guy decided to be a troll and creat a 1 man Pax Republica RP guild and the east coast,and weave encountered this type of problem before,and the only way of fixing it is by either spamming him to delete,or reporting him through the mods

If he/she/it created it for trolling, that our attention is just what he want. Ignore them make him/her sad
And if he/she just accidentally take this Latin Name... Why Bombard him? Latin names are common. I'm not suprised if there is many guild of that name in all games... Lokking by Google... All right... This isn't as popular as I thought...
But in my opinion ignore second PR make it disappear soon.

In these situations I ask that all members report to me directly the finding of a troll pax guild, or a guild that is simply using our name even if for legit services.
Please remember that spamming the shit out of someone is not the diplomatically sound solution to getting what you want. I sent him a PM a few days ago very nicely suggesting he consider a new name to avoid confusion and ensure he has an original name. He has yet to read it as I requested a read receipt. With one person, no friends or posts, he's likely a troll, but I will inform the mods if I feel it worth the time, otherwise the guild will die out soon enough. Like all the others.
Again, all diplomatic things I request be sent to myself to handle, I'm our TOR rep. :P

Yeah, why bombard him. Don't stoop down to his/her level. If they are trolling, our wonderful Pax Admins and TOR Moderators will deal with it.

i was saying bombard him,because it worked with the last guy who tried troll our guild name,but i do see the point of not spamming,but stooping down to his level is not my way of doing thing,but sometimes its the best option to get something done,but i frame myself in doing theses types of action,so ill step down in bombing runs,and let democracy step in,and i only pmed him flaged and replied in his fake guild forum.

Unbarring I <3 you but threatening people with "delete your trolling guild or else" sets us up to look like bullies which we are not. We're quite pleasant at least when I deal with these people, so maybe delete or reword it to say "Please check your inbox for a message from our guild leader  "

It is alright bud, for what you lacked in better judgement you made up for with wanting to defend the community you love so much, I forgive you. Just as I said, next time alert me and I will ensure that it is dealt with!
And very true Dorobbo...the TOR forums are full of them but after 4 years of sending them smiles and improvised songs about why gophers cannot reproduce with sharks, they have ceased to be a problem for me - I just lolol @ them and walk away now!
And closing the shop yay, I will be home in an hour :D
