I watch series with my son, they are very good. Clone Wars were better in my opinion but I enjoy both series regardless.

watched them all, loved them all. I agree with Oyo though, as I enjoyed the Clone Wars much more than Rebels. They cater towards the younger fanbase of course, and break some canon, but I still enjoy the bit of Star Wars I get every week.

I was into season 3 or 4 of clone wars then started over as the girls got interested so I'm back in season one. After seeing the teaser for rebels I need to acquire that series as well.

I've watched a little bit of both, but need to sit down and at least power through Clone Wars

ONE NOTE FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T WATCH THE FULL CLONE WARS:
Watch Season 1, then Season 3, then 2 to fill the gaps. They messed up the episode order.
Look online for the full correct sequence.

I started watching clone wars a while back but got too annoyed by the cheesy children's marketing and stopped after season 1. Then I tried again to continue where I left off at just a few weeks ago and got bored with it shortly before the end of season 2. I guess I'm not as die-hard as the rest of you guys. I need a strong deep story to stay interested. Is rebels more marketed to adults?

Tough to answer... all I can say is I really enjoyed Rebels first 7 or so episodes before I got distracted and lost track... wayyyyy more than I liked Clone Wars because it did feel way less childish. The new young hero isn't super whiney or childish, he's clever and fun. The story of who his master is, the connection they have, and the people they try to save from the Empire, I really like it.

I didn't like Clone Wars early on but it got really good towards the end. Rebels on the other hand has been great from the start. I really enjoy it. The characters are great and it has a serious tone and it's not just for kids. I highly recommend it.

Clone Wars did not have best start. They evolved the show in later seasons through their characters, and do have better graphics than Rebels. Rebels are fun and tempts to bring the atmosphere from original trilogy, but I think that their best part is a crossover characters from Clone Wars. Rebels is trying to keep same formula from Clone Wars, replacing Ahsoka with Ezra and Anakin with Kanan. But unlike Clone Wars, that tends to move focus to other side characters as well as iconic characters stories from star wars movies and lore, Rebels keeps focus on Ezra and Kanan and brings iconic characters in their focus which is very fun to watch. They also have this crew and interesting relationship, but I see no difference in maturity level between the two shows. It's like they are made for any age.

The book "New Dawn" is an into to Rebels and worth picking up, has some interesting back story to Kanan as a padawan.

I love both Clone Wars and Rebels. I like Rebels more because it feels like it's geared more towards adults, but there were some amazing Clone Wars episodes, like when Darth Maul returned and Palpatine fights him.
