Tryouts for Thurs/Mon team coming Mon/Thurs next week

We talked about having "seasons" that gave people a chance to be on the set team at different times based on RL schedule and availability and not have that set team be locked forever.  

So, we're having tryouts next week, 1/11 and 1/14, to see who will be on the team.  Much of it comes down to who can be there every week Mondays and Thursdays.  Some will come down to skill.  Some will come down to personality.  Gear will make some of a point but I mean gear can change and improve, personality and skill are harder to improve in a guild.

Again, there's a way you could "tryout" your healing skill that they could come up with to see if you could be a team healer.  Don't worry too much about the gear.

I'd be interested in trying out for dps, but healer may not be geared in time.
