Merc Healer guide added on dulfy, added merc class guides link

Added Sage section and added Vigilance PvE for Guardian.  Unfortunately Rydarus did not tag his spec for 4.0 so it doesn't show up under the 4.0 class specs.  I linked directly to that guide for now.

It's more current than what's on the Dulfy site; however, I would urge our healers to take her PvP guide (and many others) with a grain a salt for several reasons.  The foremost reason is that Hottie rarely, if ever, rolls without either voice comms or a tank, which puts her in an ideal situation.  That allows her to focus more on output than on survivability.  For most of us on TEH, our situations will rarely be ideal (i.e., often rolling solo), therefore, we must prioritize survivability over output.

Since we're putting warnings out, also be aware the Vigilance PvE update for 4.0 was only updated directly off the 3.0 guide (which is why it's still tagged as a 3.0 class guide and doesn't properly show up under 4.0 class guides). It is a full alacrity build, which sounds a bit too much pre 4.0, i think crit is way too good now to ignore completely, so i'm not super fan of full alacrity on vigilance.

Additional warning. Don't look at /soul's signature because it will induce severe jealousy.

You'd be right soul. I think vigilance is look more at a 4/3 ration between crit and alacrity.

Dulfy.net has been updated to show 4.0 class guides in the dropdown, so finding specs is much easier now.  Post updates to 4.0 class guides as you see them, so people know of new or changed guides.
