re: <Insert Charming Introduction Title Here>

Can I get some forum access? I tried to log in today to post to see where people were and I can't. I am now unemployed and need some thing to play, so I wanted to see what the bulk of the guild was doing. I saw I got an email about SWTOR doing double xp until April, so I thought it might be time to play.

Welcome , I for one am glad to have another lady around. These guys can be a handful lol. On serious note, welcome :) we are pretty much just like family here , most of us have been playing together for four or five years now. You and your husband should fit right in with us :) you both seem exactly like the people we enjoy playing with

I've been doing the PvP dailies and I am definitely more open to PvP with an organized group. It just isn't my favorite aspect of any MMO.

re: <Insert Charming Introduction Title Here>

So, do you really even bother to dabble in PvP or are you strictly Raiding?

If you and the hubby are open to it, you guys can tag along in our PvP groups for lowbies and 65 regs.  When running with a group, it's a lot of fun, especially with TS.  Lowbies are great for leveling and learning your class, helping you find what abilities do and help you build a rotation.

Welcome to Pax!

re: <Insert Charming Introduction Title Here>

Hi! I'm Avellyn (aka Melissa).

I've just returned from a 4 year SWTOR hiatus. I played on the original Ebon Hawk (Empire) for the first year of SWTOR. Then, when raiding content came to a hault and the game went FTP, I picked the WoW crackpipe back up. WoW is a hard habit to break. I am very PvE focused. You won't catch me playing much Huttball. SWTOR is the only game that has ever "inspired" me to RP and I did light guild RP on the other side. I'm here to enjoy SWTOR again at an "adult" pace.

In real life, I live in Alabama (but my hometown is in Florida). I'm married to Fudwick (aka Mark) and we have an 8 year old son, Will (who is learning the ways of the force), and an almost 2 year old daughter, Claire. We are in the 'burbs of Bham, and if you haven't read my application, the answer is WDE! I've been MMOing since '97. UO-->EQ-->DAoC-->WoW. SWTOR is the only MMO I have ever taken a serious WoW hiatus for. I have dabbled with Diablo, Wildstar, GW2, LOTRO, etc. When I am not being a nerd, I love Facebook, Netflix and gardening.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you guys and getting into some fun PVE content! My 4 year hiatus has left me with a ton of questions and I've never played Republic, so I am hoping to partake in the guild's knowledge.
