Building Bowdaar

For those of you that don't know me that well or have been wondering why my activity in game has been a little less frequent...this is why.

I am a member of the Rebel Legion (and soon to be a member of the 501st Legion) costume group. We do a ton of charity work dressed in Star Wars costumes.

Anyway, I have been spending a lot of my free time working on Bowdaar. It takes hours and hours to latch hook all the hair. It's like building a giant walking carpet. ;-)

Here's a pic of my progress. Once it's all done, I will stand 7'6 inches tall and be covered head to toe in hair...lol.

I do plan to get in game more but if you wonder why I might not be online as much over the past 6 months...part of that was buying a house and the other part was this project. My goal is to get it done in time for the movie release in December so I can wear it to the theater. ;-)
